Journey Therapy is a healing process to discover the causes of your issues and to try and resolve them. It can help to free you from emotional blocks and destructive behavioural patterns. It can enable you to uncover the memory from which your issue has arisen and can allow you to release the suppressed emotion associated with that memory. Journey Therapy can give you the tools to resolve your issues and let them go. It is a gentle process and you may feel like an emotional or physical “spring clean” has taken place. No two Journey processes are the same. For adults an appointment may take between 2 to 4 hours. For children the time needed is much less.
